Executive Search
It is direct search concerning high management positions. These services are the basis for our activities and thanks to them we manage to find the best candidates with certain experience. Running the process of executive search is based mainly on understanding clients’ needs and requirements. The needs together with the profile of the searched employee are discussed in detail before we start the search.
Search & Selection
It is direct search supported by press and/or electronic advertisments and the analysis of our data base. This method is usually used in middle range managers and specialists search.
Search through advertisement
This search is used if we look for more potential candidates and concerns middle and lower range of managers. Our services include the text of the advertisment, we determine the size, dates and number of publications as well as costs. The project of the advertisment is presented to the client, then if accepted published in press.
The time for recruitment realization
The presentation of the selected candidates occurs 4 to 6 weeks after signing the agreement. In urgent cases we try to shorten the time so that it fits the expectations of our clients.
Guarantee
Awans Consulting gives the guarantee for the new employee. If the candidate or the employer dissolve the agreement within the guarantee period we feel obliged to introduce a new candidate without charging additional fee. |
